DefaultValues retrieves a list of values initially displayed in an InputSelectList. The values are derived from a DataLayer.

Set the DataColumn attribute to a column in the DataLayer with matching values in the InputSelectList's ValueColumn.

When not blank, the DefaultValue attribute over-rides this DefaultValues element.
