AnalysisFilterInsert sets the position of the generated filters under a DataLayer.
This should be added before other elements under the DataLayer.
Once a user sets a filter, the AnalysisFilterInsert is replaced with a ConditionFilter, or a SqlConditionFilter for DataLayer.ActiveSQL.
